Refund policy

We have a return policy of 7 days from the date of delivery. If you are dissatisfied with any you receive, you can request for a replacement as long as the products is in original condition and the product tags are intact. 

Product which have any stains, emit, body odors or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

Did you receive any faulty or wrong products?
We want all our customers to receive top quality goods. If you think there is a fault with an item or it does not confirm to the product you have ordered, you can return it back to us. Email us your query with the picture as proof at info.serenepremium@gmail.com. Any product is unsatisfactory due to defective workmanship or materials, We will not replace or refund you on COD on domestic orders, the refunds are only applicable for international orders if required.

Will shipping charges be refunded?
Our refund policy includes paying back the whole amount of a suit, shipping charges. Taxes are not refundable.

How will I receive my refund?
We offer a refund only if the article is faulty or having manufacturing defects. Our refund will be credited back to you in the form of a voucher of the same value which can only be used in Online Shopping in the meantime or can be used in future as well.

Sale items
Products purchased on sale or other promotions are not eligible for returns and exchange, unless you have received damaged goods. Products purchased before sale campaign cannot be exchanged with sale items.


Order Cancellation

  • Online paid orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Cash on Delivery orders will be cancelled, if they are not confirmed within 10 days of order placement.
  • Serene/Imrozia has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
