Shipping policy

At Imrozia | Serene, we aim to deliver your orders in a timely, secure, and transparent manner. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully to understand delivery timelines, charges, and payment conditions before placing an order.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed after confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary during sale periods, festive seasons, or new collection launches.

Local Shipping (Pakistan)

  • Unstitched Dresses: 3–5 working days

  • Stitched Dresses: 7–10 working days

  • Ready-to-Wear (Pret): 3–5 working days

International Shipping

  • Unstitched Dresses: 7–10 working days

  • Stitched Dresses: 10–15 working days

  • Ready-to-Wear (Pret): 10 –15 working days

Delivery timelines begin once the order has been successfully confirmed.

Shipping Charges

Local Orders (Pakistan)

  • Non-Bridal Items: PKR 249 (subject to weight)

  • Bridal Items: PKR 449 (subject to weight)

International Orders

  • Shipping charges vary based on destination, weight, and courier service.

  • Final shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Any customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available only for unstitched orders within Pakistan.

  • Stitched orders are processed on advance payment or via Visa / MasterCard only.

  • The maximum COD limit is PKR 50,000.

  • Orders above PKR 50,000 require a 20% advance payment.

  • Orders of PKR 75,000 or above are not eligible for Cash on Delivery.

Order Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details. Please ensure to check your inbox and spam/junk folder.

Orders are typically shipped together as a single package. In rare cases where items are dispatched separately, customers will be notified in advance and any payment adjustments will be handled accordingly.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes during sales or launches

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Customs clearance procedures (international orders)

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Imrozia | Serene shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier companies or customs authorities.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges.

  • Failed COD deliveries may result in order cancellation or restriction on future COD orders.

Force Majeure

Imrozia | Serene is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, customs delays, or courier service interruptions.
